Urban City Centre wedding photography Glasgow

I have started my day from driving to Glasgow centre, visiting Dominic in the hotel room and taking photographs of him getting ready and opening some presents from his wife to be. Then I have walked to the Millennium Hotel to photograph Brogan, her mum and daughter preparations for the big day. Oh boy has their daughter grown. Last time I saw her was 2 years ago on our first meeting. When she started doing her funny faces she reminded me of my daughter. She has a nice set of them. It was very emotional when everyone started opening presents from Dominic. A lot of happy tears were shed.

When everyone has got ready we walked through the George Square to the Corinthian Club where Dominic and the guests were waiting. It was a lovely sunny day and walking there was a real pleasure. The ceremony was great and also very emotional. I must say it was one of the most emotional weddings so far :). I’m not going to lie that my eyes didn’t tear up a little on a few occasions.

After taking some family and bride and groom photographs in the Corinthian the guests prepared confetti for their exit. Then we had some time for the portraits on the streets of Glasgow which was a great fun. We visited the Gallery of Modern Art first and walked to the Tolbooth bar taking some photos on the way there. The bar was Brogan and Dominic’s priority on the list so we did a couple of shots outside and we went inside for couple of shots of something stronger. Then we drove to the Dalziel Park Hotel where the speeches, meals, and dances were held.

It was an amazing day and I’m so glad that I was able to capture it. Thank you guys for trusting me. I wish you all the best in your future together as husband and wife!
